LIVE VIDEOTAPING AT CONTEXT STUDIOS Join Jentsch Group Quartet for a special, intimate videotaping of a set of original compositions at Context Studios in Greenpoint, Brooklyn on Wednesday, June 17th, 2009 at 8:00 PM ($10). It will be one of the first events in an eclectic new series IN CONTEXT organized by Context Studios focused on “Interesting and Unusual Music” favoring contemporary composers working in various genres, art music generally, modern classical, downtown, new takes on ancient and traditional music, etc.
With this unique gig we'll be kicking off the run up to the release of our CD Fractured Pop on Fleur de Son Records. Recording sessions for this are scheduled for the fall.
